The feature is available for Enterprise users and supports protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, and more. Protocol detection is crucial as many devices still use protocols like SSH for management, and traditional tools may lead to over/under-blocking issues. Cloudflare built this capability into its policy framework OXY, enabling users to set up protocol filtering easily in the Gateway Network policy settings.
